Abstract [sv]

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka det organisatoriska lärandet i en säkerhetskontroll på en flygplats i Sverige. Uppsatsen har en kvalitativ ansats. Data samlades in genom 16 intervjuer. Grounded theory användes som metod för datainsamling och analys. Resultatet visar att förutsättningar finns för ett utvecklingsinriktat lärande samt att ett dualistiskt förhållningssätt krävs för att förstå det organisatoriska lärandet.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this essay was to examine the organizational learning in a security check at an airport in Sweden. The essay has a qualitative approach. The data was collected through 16 interviews. Grounded theory was used as a method for data collection and analysis. The result shows that conditions exist for development-oriented learning and that a dualistic approach is required to understand the organizational learning.
