Brunkebergs vertikala fasadsystem: Utveckling av en skalbar modell för tidskonsumption av fasadrenoveringar (Swedish)
Abstract [en]

The demand for high-rise buildings is increasing due to population growth and urbanization. As a result, there is a need for facade renovations in existing skyscrapers. Brunkeberg Systems AB is developing integrated facade systems that are safer, more effective, and less disruptive compared to traditional construction methods. This thesis aims to create a theoretical model to calculate the time and productivity of the Brunkeberg facade system through on-site tests in Rotterdam. The thesis begins with a theoretical study comparing the Brunkeberg system with traditional facade construction. A theoretical model is the developed, incorporating key processes of the Brunkeberg System´s re-cladding processes. An example case for a 100-story building is analyzed using the model.
