Abstract [en]

Complex 3-D electromagnetic (EM) simulations of the entire 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) module enable accurate performance evaluation of the amplifier. Experimental results confirm the simulation results based on the LNA design with distributed matching networks.
