Computation of electric field components and standing wave coefficient for a waveguide structure with a lowohm semiconductor plate

The boundary problem for Maxwell equations has been solved and computer codes have been written to compute the electrodynamic characteristics of the waveguide structure. The standing wave coefficient's (SWC) dependence on sizes of a n-Si plate, displacement from the waveguide's symmetry plane and electric field amplitude's distribution in these plates have been computed.
