Abstract [sv]

Detta examensarbete har bedrivits som en kapacitetsundersökning inom Skanska Sverige AB, Region Väg och Anläggning Örebro och Södermanlands län. Genom intervjuer har ett underlag skapats som sedan har legat till grund för den analys som har syftat till att försöka lyfta fram eventuella skillnader i uppfattning mellan olika yrkeskategorier beträffande kapaciteten.

Analysen av underlaget visar att det finns skillnader i uppfattningen, vad avser den aktuella frågeställningen, inom och mellan företagets yrkesgrupper. En av de tydligare tendenserna är att kalkylatorerna sätter lägre kapaciteter än vad yrkesarbetare och produktionschefer anser vara normalt.

Abstract [en]

This thesis has been carried out as a study of capacities within Skanska Sverige AB. Through interviews, I have created a basis which has been the cornerstone for the analysis that aims to try to highlight any differences in perception regarding the capacity between personnel in different positions.

The analysis of the gathered information shows that there are differences in perception within and between the different positions. One of the clearest trends is that the person calculating the project often sets a lower capacity then the worker who performs it.
