Hur tekniska stödsystem kan effektivisera distributionsverksamhet. (Swedish)
Abstract [en]

All companies work in various ways in order to meet the customers' requirements. Companies invest in different support systems in order to achieve short lead time, delivery precision, service and quality, at the same time increase their market shares. This Master Thesis is requested by the Alltransport in Östergötland Ltd, for a project Mobile communication. The objective has been to analyze those synergism effects that can arise when technical support systems are applied.

In the mean report, the general result is presented from the analysis of the systems which are based on in front interviews and discussion average involved parties. The analysis showed that the biggest potential of the use of technical support systems lies in the economic reserve, increased number satisfied customers and reduced environment charge. There are also traffic security factor which have positive effect of the application of technical support systems, but it is difficult to measure in economic perspective.

The part report ”Alcolock” was carried out in collaboration with TRB Sweden Ltd and National Road Administration region southwester. This report recommends available Alcolock on the Swedish market. The results of the evaluation are discussed in terms of the Alcolock’s functionality, reliability, quality assurance and usefulness.

Alla företag arbetar på olika sätt för att möta kundernas krav. Detta sker bland annat genom att öka leveransprecisionen, kvalité, service och korta ledtider. Företag investerar i olika hjälpmedel för att kunna konkurrera med korta ledtider, leveransprecision, service och kvalité.

Denna rapport utges inom ramen för pilotprojekt Mobil kommunikation, som utförs på uppdrag av Alltransport i Östergötland AB. Målet har varit att analysera de synergieffekter som kan uppstå under användningen av tekniska stödsystem. I huvudrapporten presenteras det generella resultatet från analysen av systemen vilket är grundad på främst intervjuer och diskussion mellan inblandade parter. Analysen visade att den största potentialen av användningen av tekniska stödsystem ligger i den ekonomiska besparingen, ökad kundnytta och minskad miljöbelastning. Det finns även trafiksäkerhetsfaktorer som påverkas positivt av tillämpningen av tekniska stödsystem i fordon, men dessa är svåra att mäta ur ett monetärt perspektiv.

Delrapporten ”alkolås” utfördes i samarbete med TRB Sverige AB och Vägverket Region Sydväst för att ta fram rekommendationer av tillgängliga alkolås på den svenska marknaden. Resultaten av utvärderingen diskuteras i termer av alkolåsets funktionalitet, pålitlighet, kvalitetssäkring och användarvänlighet.
