Ett syfte med denna studie var att undersöka hur familjer på Familjerådgivningen upplevde användandet av skattningsskalorna Outcone Rating Scale (ORS) och Session Rating Scale (SRS) och om det påverkade den terapeutiska alliansen. Ett annat syfte var att med hjälp av skattningsformuläret SCORE-15 undersöka om familjernas samspel gällande styrkor, problem och kommunikation skilde sig från icke-kliniska familjer. Med hjälp av familjerådgivningarna i Borlänge och Linköping har en undersökning genomförts vilket gav 71 svar. Resultatet visade att paren i undersökningen var övervägande positivt inställda till skattningsskalorna ORS/SRS och att den terapeutiska alliansen var betydelsefull för ORS/SRS-skattningens utfall. Svaren från SCORE-15 visade en högre frekvens av problem i familjen gällande styrkor, problem och kommunikation i jämförelse med en normalgrupp i Sverige.

One aim of this study was to investigate how client in the Family counseling experienced the use of the estimation scales Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rationg Scale (SRS), and whether it affected the terapeutic alliance.

Another aim was to investigate whether the family interaction based on strength, problems and communications differed from a Swedish normal gorup by means of the SCORE-15 estimate form.

Whith the help of the Family Councelors in Borlänge and Linköping, a questionnarie survey has been conducted which gave 71 answers. The results showed that the couple in the survey were predominantly positive towars the estimation scales ORS and SRS and that the terapeutic alliance was important for the outcome of the ORS/SRS estimation. 

The responses from SCORE-15 showed a significantly higher frequency of problems in the family regarding strengths problems and communication compares to a normal group in Sweden.
