"Workers of water reproduction" sings with different types of labours that are leading the way beyondthe current crisis, by confrontingthe ongoing limitless extraction ofmatter from nature. I follow, listen and assemble stories of struggles – some more and some less visible –in different geographies, and in the international work of cleaning the mess created by extractive capitalism.The work, part of a broader seriesof performances, manifests twofold: in a series of poetic and water cleaning interventions throughout Spriten Kunsthall, and through actions and assemblies in places near Skien. The places that are chosen are where large-scale extractions have happened,happen, or may yet happen, as well as places where post-extractive labours have happened, happen, or may yet happen.
