Response to BA.2.86 Infection after Vaccination Infection with the BA.2.86 subvariant in a vaccinated and previously infected person yielded a strong induction of mucosal IgA binding to the wild-type and BA.5 spike (factor change, 3.6 and 3.4, respectively).
